Yoga for Our Health
People do exercise to make their body always stand in healthy and fit condition. Healthy and fit body is one thing that everyone wants to have and it is one of physical need. There are many exercises that can be done to make healthy body. The easiest and cheapest exercise is jogging, but many people find it’s boring to jog every day, additionally they need clean environment with fresh air to get the advantages of jogging. Another exercise is workout; it combines many exercises into one activity. Usually people do this exercise at fitness center. Unlike jogging, you need some money to do this exercise. Also, to keep healthy you have to regularly go to the gym or fitness center.
There is another exercise that very interesting and easy to do, it is yoga. Anywhere, anytime we can do yoga, with simple yoga equipment we can do this exercise in our home or even in our room. Yoga combines both physics and soul exercise. Many people like this exercise because it is simple and it can create a peaceful feeling. Usually people do this exercise at home and to do this, we only have to buy yoga balls and yoga mats. Many people said that those two equipments are a must for taking yoga. It can be seen that those equipment are basic of doing yoga.
Yoga mats is used to make exercise more comfortable than if we stand or sit on the floor, while yoga balls are needed to exercise hand, back bones and also foot. Yoga balls are very important and it can be used for all exercises style. To support the exercise, some people also buy DVD yoga and play it when they do this exercise. They can watch, learn and imitated the style of yoga. Most of yoga style exercises are easy to do but some of them also difficult. More exercises you do, more ability you have to master all yoga’s style.
